ABOUT HLG

HLG Holding B.V. c.s. (hereinafter referred to as HLG) is convinced that the protection of the privacy of its customers and visitors to its websites is essential to its activities. Personal data of customers and visitors are therefore treated and secured with the greatest possible care. HLG therefore complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – AVG in Dutch law). The controller in the context of data processing is HLG, Fokkerstraat 12, 3863 LD Leusden.

Through our websites, we collect personal data and use cookies, which is also stated on our website. We respect the privacy of visitors to our website and consider a careful handling of your data of great importance. The personal data collected by us are therefore carefully processed and secured. This is in accordance with the requirements of privacy laws.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

CONFIDENTIALITY

We do not provide the (personal) data provided by you to other parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. We always ask your permission for this.

SECURITY

We take appropriate security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to your personal data. For example, we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to your data, that access to the data is protected and that our security measures are checked regularly.

NEWSLETTER

We offer a newsletter with which we inform interested parties about news related to our areas of expertise, such as accountancy, administration, audits, tax advice, corporate finance and personnel services. If you already purchase certain products or services from us, we can also keep you informed about related products or services, unless you indicate that you would prefer us not to. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent. Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe.

COOKIES

Cookies are small information files that can be automatically stored on or read from the visitor’s device (such as PC, tablet or smartphone) when visiting a website. This takes place via the web browser on the device. Cookies or similar technologies, which store and/or read information on the device, are used on our websites:

Below is an overview of the cookies we use in addition to the analytical, technical and functional cookies. Some cookies we use ourselves, but for others we involve third parties. These parties act on our behalf and we determine what happens with the cookies. There are also cookies that are placed and used exclusively by third parties. We have no control over those third parties and how they handle your data.

ACCES TO AND CORRECTION OF YOUR DATE

You can contact us at info@hlg.nl to ask what personal information HLG has about you. If the information is incorrect, you can request that it be modified.
